PROCRAFT Boats Receives 2008 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD

The Marine Industry CSI Awards program honors participating companies' actively measuring customer satisfaction to pursue continuous improvement. This award is given to boat brands that meet an exacting standard for customer satisfaction as reported by their customers. PROCRAFT^® owners participate in one of the most comprehensive customer feedback systems in the boat industry. By responding to any of four Voice of the Customer^™ survey invitations in the first two years of ownership, owners have the opportunity to communicate directly to the factory about their experience in the sales, delivery, service and on the water. Many of our customers respond to our surveys every year and provide a perceptive resource to guide our continuing efforts to provide superior customer satisfaction, PROCRAFT achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year. The result? In 2008, PROCRAFT boats was honored by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) with the prestigious CSI Award for excellence in customer satisfaction.
